Chicwithdee does not offer returns or exchanges.
When ordering the necklaces, bracelets, be sure to choose your preferred length. Chicwithdee is not responsible for the wrong sizes.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact chicwithdee via email or DM on Instagram, with photos of the damaged product, and we will take care of it ASAP. Anything suspicious will not be accepted as damage and will not be returned or refunded.
Please double check that your address is correct before checking out.
If a package is marked as return to sender, you will have to pay the shipping fee for me to ship out your package again. The only way you won’t have to pay the shipping fee is if I wrote the address incorrectly when creating the shipping label.
No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package has not arrived 4 business weeks after the dispatched date. The tracking information that is provided with your order will be used as proof of delivery status. Unfortunately, I have no control over packages once they are handed off to the mail carrier. The reason it takes this much time is (for my customers in Sri Lanka: I have to ship them from the UAE so it might take sometime for the custom clearance. I hope you would understand this. I appreciate you guys' support to me at all times.)
Each order comes with a jewelry care card. Please be sure to read the jewelry care card and follow all of the instructions.
